1:1 Coaching in person and online possible.
In the 1:1 sessions we are going to look at your daily life, the situations you are struggling with and find new and easier ways to handle them. We will look at yourself, what is happening in stressful moments and where is it coming from. We are going to look at your patterns and create new routines to integrate into your life. Already after the first session, you will feel inspired, motivated and full of new ideas, how to handle difficult situations. You are going to find your own way of parenting, that feels good for you and that works with the type of person you are. You will get to know yourself better and find out what you really want.

Workshop in person
I will explain the basics of how our brain works, what our children need to live their potential and what is supporting and what´s not. Whoever has a situation they are struggling with, can tell us about it and in a roll play we will find new solutions. Roll plays are helping to remember the new way quicker and it´s fun 😉.
What are you getting out of it? New ideas, solutions on how to handle everyday situations without punishment and threats. You will know yourself better, as you will also get the chance to look at your own experiences you made when you were a child and you will get a better understanding of what´s going on inside yourself and the situation. And of course, there will be a handout to remember everything easier. There will be answers to your questions and all this is going to happen in a judgement free, friendly, family-like environment where we grow together and support each other. I like it light and easy, so we will have some fun too.
